How can I create my design in the best way?

With software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Would be drawing sketches of my design also be sufficient?

Usually not, unless it’s drawn professionally. However, in most cases, the design still needs to be digitalized. This will have additional costs

In which format do I have to submit my design?

We prefer artwork to be delivered in vector file such as Adobe Illustrator file (.ai or .eps). It’s also possible to provide your artwork as an Adobe Photoshop file (.psd, .pdf) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Note: most of the images which are downloaded from google will not meet the quality requirements!

What do we need to provide digitally concerning my design?

The product design and other elements such as labels, prints, fonts, logo, sizes, patches, buttons, etc. should be delivered separately

How should colors be communicated?

Color codes are communicated in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow).



Yes, Basically samples are meant to prove that we can deliver the quality you wish.
(see next question for more details)

What are the costs for a sample:

The sampling costs are € 400, -. Basically, with this amount you deposit a budget to cover for samples, shipping and our labor . The remaining amount will be settled with your order. if you are satisfied with quality of the sample we can proceed to the order process to finalize your design. 

When no orders will follow, the remaining budget will expire.

How long does it take to make a sample:

Producing samples takes an average of 6 weeks

How much time does the total production take?

Production takes 3 to 4 weeks on average, but please note that shipping can take an additional 3 to 6 weeks. Faster solutions are discussable.

Payments / Prices

Why can’t I find pricing on the website, I would like to have a price indication?

Everything we do is tailor-made, we can only get the exact pricing once it’s clear what your wishes are.

How much budget do I need?

With an investment of roughly €2000, – you have a 1 design basic collection of an average of 100 items.

What types of payment can you receive?

– iDeal


– Bitcoins

– Paypal

Is after payment possible?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. “The theme park is only accessible after payment of admission”

Can I cancel my order?

When the payment is made, cancellation is not possible. The order to produce is processed immediately after payment. This implies that we immediately will have costs to realize your production.

Are the prices including VAT?

We deliver solely business to business. Therefore, all prices are excluded from VAT

Shipping & Delivery

How about receiving my order?

The products will be shipped to the address you specified. Unless you wish we store and send your products to your customers.

What are the costs for storage and shipping to my customers?

That depends on the number of shipments and total storage. This is clear after consultation.

How long does it take before the product is delivered:

With a new design, this is 8 to 12 weeks. With an existing design, this is 6 to 8 weeks.

My delivery is incomplete what now?

All products are carefully counted before we ship them to you. If a delivery is incomplete we will give a credit on the amount that is missing or we will still deliver you the missing parts.

What about returns?

Unfortunately, returns are not possible.


Do I have a warranty on my products?
